What is proposed?
An arts community centered around workforce housing and community services for neighborhood workers and artists.

Why are we doing this?
Living and working in Seattle is increasingly expensive. Our project aims to lock in long-term affordability and preserve the spirit of Georgetown.

Who is involved?
The project is a collaboration of community members, affordable housing developers, and artists with support from private and public funders.

Where is this happening?
The Bend will be in Sunny West Georgetown between 4th & 5th Ave S.

Equinox Studios

When can I visit?
Equinox Studios is open the second Saturday of every month and hosts annual events in August and December.  Check out our Events Page to see all the ways you can engage with us.

How did Equinox become Watershed?
Watershed was formed as a not-for-profit 501(c)3 in 2021 to be the umbrella organization that manages three programs: Equinox Studios, The Bend and Community Support through fiscal sponsorships and other activities.
