We’re looking for commercial partners help bring The Bend to life – one building at a time!
The Bend Development Team, in partnership with Equinox property management, is starting tenant selection for ground floor commercial workspaces in the Elements Building—the first new construction in The Bend. This marks a major milestone in shaping a vibrant creative, and community- in shaping a vibrant, creative, and community-driven neighborhood.
This is an open call for creative, community-serving businesses, programs, and bold new ideas. Whether you’re an established organization or just getting started, we want to hear from you.
We’re especially excited to hear from organizations working in arts, culture, food, or others that energize the community through public access and programming
We’re using a Elements Workspace Tenant Preference Plan to guide the selection process—grounded in transparency, equity, and shared community values. We’re engaging trusted partners from the Equinox and Watershed waitlist to fill approximately half of the space and half through a broader outreach effort.
