We are excited to begin construction on the first building within The Bend, named The Elements, in Q2 of 2025. As part of the construction process, the general contractor (Synergy) will be looking for sub-contractor and material supplier bids in the next four weeks. The selection process aims to include Duwamish Valley subcontractors and suppliers and/or people and businesses historically disadvantaged in seeking this work.
